For most of us, anxiousness is a passing feeling — a situational thing. Maybe you feel it around your in-laws. It might arise a few hours or days before you take the stage or head to a job interview. But once the experience is over, it usually goes away. But what if it doesn’t? What if you feel anxious often? Does this mean you actually have an anxiety disorder?
Extreme or long-lasting feelings of anxiousness that interfere with your life may be a mental health issue requiring diagnosis or medication from a licensed professional. But simply feeling anxious in certain situations, or from time to time, doesn’t necessarily mean you have this problem.
Have you ever had an experience or time in your life that made you really anxious? Most of us have. But if your body hasn’t fully processed that feeling, it’s possible that this emotional energy can become trapped in your body. This can make you feel like an anxious person, when you might not be that way at all.
If this sounds like you, you might think you’re just “wired that way.” You might keep telling yourself to relax or chill out. Hot baths, reading, meditation, or yoga may bring momentary relaxation, but before long, you might feel wound up again. Unless these feelings get in the way of living your life or make you afraid to get out of bed (see a doctor if they do), a simple trapped emotion of anxiousness could explain why you feel the way you do.
The Emotion Code™ energy healing method could help you feel like yourself again as you release the potential trapped energy of anxiousness. You might feel calmer, lighter, or freer than you have in quite a while.
