The Doctor Is In

In these sessions, I will be available to answer questions, discuss energy/alternative medicine options, and share some holistic health and wellness tips for optimal self-care. Come with questions, or just come to chat and get to know me. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in learning more about the latest advances in energy medicine.

No Registration Required! There is no need to register for the event. You can simply click through to the private Zoom room at the designated time. Please note that this open-door policy is meant to be held in a group setting.

Re-awaken To a New You

This is a free class taught through the Five Town Continuing Education program and is taking place at Camden Hills Regional High School. Are you ready to break out of the funk that is keeping you from living your best, happiest and most healthy life? In this free class, you will get to experience an incredible system that lets you uncover some hidden energetic blockages and learn how they directly relate to your physical symptoms. All participants will have the opportunity to get a free Bioenergetic scan and access to their results.

Soothe Your Soul – A Bach Flower Workshop

Take a journey of self-discovery and healing at this intimate workshop where the mystical meets the scientific. I will be partnering up with Dr. Candida Schwartz, ND, a distinguished Naturopathic Doctor and Intuitive Healer to provide everybody with a unique and individualized experience. These workshops will be held in downtown Rockland and will run from 2 – 3 hours (depending on the number of participants).

Dr. Edward Bach believed that all “dis-ease” stems from an “unhappy spirit.” During this workshop, we will illuminate how Bach Flower essences can harmonize your mind, body, and spirit, restoring your inner balance and enhancing your overall well-being. And best of all, everyone will go home with a custom-created tincture to address their most pressing emotional needs.
